a place to belong and become like Jesus
As a Christian, there can be a lot of pressure to lay down your life for others. What does this mean and who are our friends? Jesus actually gave up His life, but He also had boundaries in His relationships. Jesus had different levels of connection with different people and so should you. Listen in as Derek and Sarah discuss setting proper boundaries to experience flourishing and powerful relationships.
Listen to our live worship album One Hope.
We value children because God values children. We lead with passion and have been trained and equipped to share God’s love in a captivating way.
Teaching children to embrace God’s love and hear His voice.
Derek is the pastors kid that swore he’d never be a pastor. Then he bumped into the amazing grace of Jesus! He’s smitten by his wife Sarah and two daughters, Caroline and Kate. He’s a graduate of ORU where he broke lots of bones playing varsity soccer.
Sarah is one of six kids and extremely proud of her Tennessee roots. She has a passion for women to know their true identity and value. She adores her husband and two sweet girls. She stands in amazement of God’s grace.
A North Carolina native, Grayson grew up writing and playing music. He and his wife Tori have two kids, Aliza and Ari. Grayson lives to inspire others to live a life of worship.
We have officially breezed through the first month of 2018 and this year is already feeling like a breath of fresh air. Let's keep that trend rolling and officially kick off our first official 2018 Ladies' Night Out!
I hope that we share the same happy feelings about tacos (especially on Tuesdays) and that you'll be down for meeting up at the kind-of-world famous Carrburritos in Davidson. Even if you don't care for tacos - it's okay, we can still be friends - I'm sure the chorizo nachos and great conversation will draw you in.
